To make an appointment please phone our reception staff on 03 5331 4341, Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm and Saturday 9-1pm. For after hours care please phone the After Hours GP Hotline on 1800 022 222. If you have a life threatening emergency, please ring 000 for an ambulance.
Health First is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to our patients. As such, we have 10 and 15 minute standard appointments. If you would like more time with any of our GP’s, or need to discuss several issues, including WorkCover and TAC, please let our reception staff know, and we can book a longer appointment for you.
From time to time this practice participates in non-identifying research projects, if you do not wish that the practice uses any of your information, please discuss this with your Doctor.
Patients taking regular prescriptions, and require repeat prescriptions will need to contact our administration staff for further information. It is recommended that an appointment is booked with your GP, as it is important that prescriptions are reviewed on a regular basis.
All test results are reviewed by your GP. You will be notified by our administration staff if a follow up appointment is required, and all results can be discussed further at your next appointment.
If a procedure is required, please let our administration staff know when calling. All procedures will need to be discussed with your GP, and may require a longer appointment.

For your convenience, Dorevitch Pathology have an onsite collection centre Mon-Fri 8.30-12.30pm.
